Jewelry information
Where are the jewelry made?
Stonology jewelry is created and assembled by hand (by me) and to order in my workshop in Villeneuve les Avignon in the south of France.
They meet requirements of quality, high durability and combine fine stones (semi-precious) and noble materials:
- The stones are selected with the greatest care from our suppliers in Jaipur, India;
- The findings used are mainly 14-carat gold-filled , which comes directly from the United States.
- a nylon thread with the same aesthetic appearance as silk but superior strength
How to choose your jewelry?
At Stonology, we believe that choosing jewelry should be guided above all by feeling and aesthetic pleasure. You can be seduced by a color, shape, or material that naturally attracts you, choose a piece that matches your style or wardrobe, or opt for a discreet piece to wear every day or a more striking piece for special occasions. Stones are distinguished by their shades, reflections, and textures, and each can become a personal choice, whether for yourself or as a thoughtful gift.
Lithotherapy, on the other hand, is a practice that associates virtues related to well-being with stones. This information is widely available on the internet, and we have integrated some of it into the descriptions of our jewelry for those who wish to discover it. However, it is important to remember that lithotherapy is in no way a substitute for conventional medicine. In the event of a health problem, we advise you to consult a medical professional.
How to personalize jewelry?

I can help you choose the stones that best suit your needs. You can also choose your findings (clasp, gold beads, charms, etc.) based on what is available at the time of your request.
Can we choose the size?
As the jewelry is made to order, you can specify the size of your wrist or the desired length for your necklace when finalizing the order.
Some modifications may result in an additional charge and the creation of a quote. The order will not be finalized until you have accepted the quote.
Order-delivery-payment
Where do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide. Shipping is free for purchases over €100 in mainland France.

What are the delivery times?
Our jewelry is made to order. Stonology will make every effort to ensure that the order is shipped within a maximum of eight (8) working days from the day following the Customer's validation of their order. This timeframe is indicative and may be extended due to a supply problem of which you will be kept informed.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package, don't forget to check your spam.
Deliveries are made by uninsured Tracked Letter or Colissimo from La Poste to the customer's home. We also offer deliveries to a collection point, subject to acceptance of the package by the selected collection point. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, depending on the option chosen when confirming your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time (varies depending on weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), however the normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or loss of a package.
What are the different payment methods?
Payment is made securely online
Bank Card (Blue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via Shopify Payment
PayPal with the option to pay in 4 installments without fees if your PayPal account allows it
Returns, Warranty and After-Sales Service Repairs
How to return a product?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order to return the product and request a refund without penalty, except for return shipping and purchase costs, which remain your responsibility.
Returns must:
- To be in perfect condition,
- Never having been used,
- Be in their original packaging and complete, unworn, so that they can be re-sold in new condition,
- be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the items have been damaged or deteriorated by the Buyer.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return. However, shipping costs will not be refunded and will remain your responsibility.
Important : personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged and cannot be credited.
Guarantee
Guarantee of your jewelry:
All jewelry purchased is guaranteed for four (4) months from the date of purchase indicated on your invoice. Jewelry warranties only cover manufacturing defects.
If it is established that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will then define the procedure for replacement, substitution or repair depending on the availability of spare parts / products or the possible execution of repairs.
Non-application of the guarantee:
Your jewelry warranty does not cover the following:
- The deformations related to snagging, stretching, incorrect use, lack of attention, accident or normal wear and tear, intervention by a third party.
- Damage caused by the use of chemical substances (perfume, lotion, household products).
- Damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
In cases where our warranty does not apply or if your warranty has expired, we are available to provide you with a quote for the cost of repairs. No repairs will be carried out without your acceptance of the quote.
Repair
In the event that your item is not covered by the warranty, I can offer you a paid repair.
- Assembly of a simple necklace 20 euros / Assembly using knot technique 45 euros
- Assembly of a simple bracelet 10 euros / Assembly using knot technique 22 euros
These amounts correspond to a repair without the addition of stones or primers. These must be returned to us in full.
When adding stones and/or primers is necessary, we will send you a quote which must be validated before we begin the repair.
The best thing is to send me a photo of the jewel so that I can estimate the repairs before sending you.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for a repair from receipt of the jewelry to be repaired.
